All payments are processed by Heavy Freight Direct, and all products are fulfilled either directly by us or our authorized logistics partners.
2. Orders and Payments
- All orders must be paid in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Order acceptance occurs only after payment is approved and the order has been reviewed for availability.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of inventory shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or regulatory restrictions.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. If a price changes after your order is placed, the price at checkout will be honored.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are determined by product weight, dimensions, handling requirements, and destination.
By purchasing from Heavy Freight Direct, you acknowledge the following:
- Deliveries are completed by LTL freight carriers, which provide curbside service only.
- Liftgate service may be required for residential or non-dock locations and may incur additional fees.
- Delivery appointments are scheduled directly between you and the carrier.
- A person 18 or older must be available during the scheduled delivery window.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to freight carrier workload, weather, or other factors.
All shipments are FOB place of shipment unless otherwise stated.
Risk transfers to the customer once the carrier picks up the shipment. However, Heavy Freight Direct assists with all freight damage or incorrect-item claims as described in our Return Policy.
4. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final due to the weight, nature, and handling requirements of freight-shipped products.
Returns are not accepted except in cases of:
- Damaged shipments
- Incorrect items received
All claims must be submitted within the timeframes listed in our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Refunds or replacements are issued only after a freight claim is reviewed and approved.
5. Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, you agree to:
- Provide accurate delivery information
- Ensure accessible delivery conditions (road access, space for liftgate, etc.)
- Be available for the scheduled delivery appointment
- Inspect shipments upon arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
- Retain packaging and pallet materials for inspection if needed
- Follow the claim procedures outlined in our Return Policy
Failure to follow these responsibilities may result in additional fees or claim denial.
6. Product Information and Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, weights, and specifications for all products. However:
- Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to natural stone characteristics.
- We are not liable for typographical errors or inaccuracies in product listings.
- If an error materially affects an order, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel the order with a full refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heavy Freight Direct is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product images, and design elements, is the property of Heavy Freight Direct or its content suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Johns County, Florida.
