All sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges after an order has shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Send clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label, along with your order number and description of the damage or error.
- We will review your claim and, if approved, either replace the damaged item or issue a partial refund (at our discretion).
- In rare cases where replacement is not feasible, a partial refund may be offered.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders, palletized freight, opened or used products are final sale.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Method of Refund
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Additional Terms
- All orders are FOB place of shipment (you assume risk once items leave our facility).
- Each product listing indicates correct weight and any special delivery requirements (e.g., forklift).
- If you order a product via Google or other marketplace and the listing shows a specific shipping rate or delivery time, those listing-level terms will take precedence over our general policy.
